Summit Church sponsored a fun-filled Harvest Festival with more “bounce-to-theounce” Halloween night. Sporting booths manned by carnival-costumed parents made the night a fun adventure for community children. “And they got more candy and treats than dodging cars through city streets,” said pastor Scott Le La Cheur. Taking a concept that he created in Texas 23 years ago, the Harvest Carnival has hosted more than 7,000 kids and countless families in this safe celebration.
