and don’t forget the Roger Swart Big Mouth
Sandwich!

Where is the best place to go for family fun, phenomenal happy hour and great delicious food? Just picture this! You can have a choice of 48 beers on tap, or, a nice selection of wines, and live television on multiple big screen TV’s. Did I mention the two pool tables? Add to that live entertainment Saturday nights. Art and Susan Miner created this family local hang out called The Crows Nest Sports Grille located at 7279 Foothill Blvd., Tujunga, CA 91042. There is something for everyone here. They boast a full affordable menu to choose from.

Art Miner created this restaurant after a similar business in Hawaii that the he frequented when he traveled to Hawaii for work. Both engineers, Art decided to live his dream in Tujunga and create this fun place to hang out and share with his friends. After all, he grew up in SunlandTujunga.

Art and Susan met in college, fell in love, and created a wonderful family and a successful life. They have worked together on projects in the past. Susan mentioned that they compliment each other. She still works full time and also schedules, manages the front bar, manages the bands, takes care of the advertising, social media and does the bookkeeping, whew – exhausted just thinking about it.

Art chose this dream business because he loves sports. Unfortunately, he has yet to have time to watch an entire game since opening. But he loves it and both Art and Susan love the people. And the most popular foods? Ahi poke is a big hit, tacos and hot wings. I love the clam chowder and Kauai coffee from Hawaii. Go for the grass-fed steak, the specials, and great service. Hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30 A.M. to 11:00 P.M., Friday and Saturday 7:00 A.M. to midnight, Sunday 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.
