Street Sports Mixed Martial Arts school, located behind O’Reilly’s Auto Parts, attended the International Martial Arts Council (IMAC) tournament in Sherman Oaks on October 23rd, and man, did they bring home the gold!
The tournament took place at the Van Nuys Sherman Oaks Park Recreation Center in Sherman Oaks. There were hundreds of competitors, fighting in divisions such as Mixed Martial Art (MMA), Point Sparring, Continuous sparring, Brazilian Jujitsu and Karate Forms. The 20 competitors from the proud city of Sunland took home a Lion’s share of medals and trophies!
